Arosa is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in North Carolina. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help clients maintain independence in a respectful, supportive home setting.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication. Training and ongoing development are provided, with opportunities for advancement and a focus on delivering high-quality care in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged).
• Compassionate personality with a heart for senior care.
• Patient, kind, and able to provide supportive home care.
• HCA registered or pursuing registration; assistance offered to complete process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients based on trust and support.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
