Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged).
• Compassionate personality and caring approach to seniors.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks.
• Licensed drivers needed to provide client transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping and companionship.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and document progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Communicate and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality in-home care.
