Arosa is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients with daily living activities and companionship in their homes around Nashville. We offer processes to assist with licensing and ongoing training to help you grow within a supportive team.

You will be part of a nationally recognized provider delivering high-quality in-home care, with opportunities for merit-based increases and advancement, while enjoying benefits and flexible scheduling where available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged).
• Compassionate personality and patient demeanor.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• HCA registration is supported by us.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
