Job summary

Arosa Chicagoland is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors in the Knoxville area. You will support daily activities, ensure a safe home, and document progress for the care team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged).
• Compassionate personality and patient, kind demeanor.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; drug screen and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meals, reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
