Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and engagement. You will observe changes in condition and follow individualized care plans to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

This role requires at least 1 year of caregiver experience in assisted living or memory care and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiver experience in assisted living, memory care or home care.
• Weekend work availability.
• Ability to manage paperwork diligently.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Good assessment skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals and hydration.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in activities.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and report to supervisor.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour paid bi-weekly

In this role, you’ll support residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement. We’re looking for compassionate Caregivers with experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care who want meaningful work and the chance to make a real difference every day.

Job Requirements

• 1 years’ experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting
• Able to work weekends
