Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, hydration, and engagement.

You will observe changes in condition, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment in our senior living communities. Candidates with experience in assisted living or memory care are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1 years’ experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting.
• Able to work weekends.
• Diligent in paperwork.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Great assessment skills.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.

Responsibilities
