Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking a compassionate Part Time Caregiver to support residents with daily living needs and help maintain a safe, engaging environment.

In this role, you’ll observe and report changes in residents’ condition, follow individualized care plans, and help create a comfortable home-like atmosphere. Weekend availability is required and thorough paperwork is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a caregiver in assisted living/memory care/home care
• Able to work weekends
• Diligent in paperwork
• Excellent work ethic
• Great assessment skills
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship)
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition

Part Time Caregiver - Variety of Shifts Available

In this role, you’ll support residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement. You’ll also observe and report changes in residents’ condition, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

We’re looking for compassionate Part Time Caregivers with experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care who want meaningful work and the chance to make a real difference every day.

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
