Job summary

Watermark Laguna Niguel is seeking a Part Time Caregiver to support residents with daily living needs in our senior community. The role requires compassion and dependable hands-on care.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and social engagement, observe changes, and follow care plans. Weekend availability and a strong work ethic are important.

Qualifications

• 1 years’ experience as a care giver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting
• Able to work weekends
• Diligent in paper work
• Excellent work ethic
• Great assessment skills
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and hydration.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment and provide engagement and companionship.

In this role, you’ll support residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement. You’ll also observe and report changes in residents’ condition, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
