Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking a Part Time Caregiver to support seniors with daily living tasks in a compassionate, respectful way.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals and hydration, observe changes, follow care plans, and help create a safe, comfortable environment. Weekend availability and attention to detail are important as part of a caring, reliable team.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a caregiver in assisted living, memory care, or home care.
• Able to work weekends.
• Diligent with paperwork.

In this role, you’ll support residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement. You’ll also observe and report changes in residents’ condition, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

We’re looking for compassionate Part Time Caregivers with experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care who want meaningful work and the chance to make a real difference every day.

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
