Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in San Jose, CA is seeking a Full Time Caregiver for the 2pm–10pm shift. The position offers $21.50–$24.50 per hour, with bi-weekly pay, and a supportive team focused on resident well-being.

As a caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, monitor residents’ conditions, and contribute to a safe, respectful living environment. Prior caregiving in assisted living or home care is preferred; weekend availability and meticulous paperwork are required to succeed

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a caregiver in assisted living, memory care, or home care.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Diligent with paperwork.
• Excellent work ethic and strong assessment skills.
