Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking compassionate Direct Care Providers to join our team in Pennsylvania. If you have a Direct Care Certificate and a High School Diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or home care, we want to hear from you.

This on-site role emphasizes excellent work ethic, strong assessment skills, and the ability to handle weekend shifts.
