Job summary

Weatherly Inn, a family-owned senior living community in Kent, WA, is seeking a compassionate NOC shift Caregiver to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include grooming, mobility, meals, documentation, infection control, and reporting changes or hazards. GED or HS diploma and 1+ year caregiving experience are required; CPR/First Aid and dementia training

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience; dementia experience preferred.
• CPR + First Aid, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Dementia & Mental Health Training, Food Handlers certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and mobility.
• Follow resident care plans and document observations accurately.
• Support residents in meals, dining, and recreational activities.
• Ensure infection control procedures and safe body mechanics.
• Assist in emergencies and provide back-up to other caregivers.
• Maintain a clean work environment and report hazards or injuries.
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report changes.
• Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation per protocol.

About the Role
