Job summary

Weatherly Inn is seeking a compassionate NOC shift Caregiver to provide high-quality support in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain a safe, clean environment at Weatherly Inn in Kent, WA.

The role requires GED or HS diploma, 1+ year caregiving experience (dementia preferred), CPR/First Aid and related certifications. CNA preferred; multiple benefits available for full-time staff including insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required
• 1+ year of caregiving experience; dementia experience preferred
• CNA preferred
• Certifications: CPR + First Aid, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Dementia & Mental Health Training, Food Handlers

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and mobility
• Follow resident care plans and document observations accurately
• Support residents in meals, dining, and recreational activities
• Ensure infection control procedures and safe body mechanics
• Assist in emergencies and provide back-up to other caregivers
• Maintain a clean work environment and report hazards or injuries
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report changes
• Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation per protocol
• Perform other duties as assigned
