Companions & Homemakers in Connecticut is hiring caring professionals to provide non-medical home care. You’ll follow each client’s Plan of Care, transport to appointments, assist with daily tasks, and offer companionship.

We offer flexible schedules across CT, referral bonuses, benefits, and ongoing training. A valid driver's license and background check are required. Open availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care following each client’s individualized Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.
