Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Caregivers/Home Health Aides to join our interdisciplinary team and provide hands-on personal care in clients' homes. You can choose full-time, part-time, or PRN openings with flexible schedules to fit your needs, including same-day or next-day pay options.

Earnings start at $17 per hour with weekly pay, excellent benefits, and an ESOP program after meeting eligibility hours. Role includes assisting with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, transportation, and companionship,

Qualifications

• 6 months caregiving experience or CNA course/certificate completed.
• Ability to provide personal care and support to seniors at home.
• Report changes in client condition to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors in home care setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Help with meal prep, shopping, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship.
• Assist with ambulation and range of motion; provide medication reminders and document condition.

Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)As members of the interdisciplinary team who provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client’s condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting as evaluated/delegated and as permitted by the policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and any other federal, state, and local law or regulations.Full time, part time and PRN openings (does vary by location).
