Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Private Duty Aide/Home Health Aide (HHA) to join an interdisciplinary team providing hands-on personal care in clients' homes. The role offers $17 per hour with same-day/next-day pay and a strong benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)/Roth, and ESOP.

Weekly pay is available. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, medication reminders, documenting changes, and ensuring a safe home environment while engaging clients in

Qualifications

• 6 months prior adult caregiving experience OR the completion of a CNA course/certificate.
• Two positive references.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document conditions, and notify a supervisor of concerns.
• Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities that bring joy (puzzles, games, reading, hobbies).
