Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Caregivers/Home Health Aides to join a flexible, patient-centered team providing in-home care. You’ll perform personal care, support ADLs, and help clients maintain independence in their homes under supervision and policy guidelines.

The role offers varied shifts (full-time, part-time, PRN) with competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within a national home care network. Prior caregiving or CNA training is required, with emphasis on safety and compassion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of adult caregiving experience or CNA training is required.
• Ability to report changes in client condition and follow policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to help clients live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping).
• Support mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises as directed.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition for supervisor.

Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)As members of the interdisciplinary team who provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client’s condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting as evaluated/delegated and as permitted by the policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and any other federal, state, and local law or regulations.Full time, part time and PRN openings (does vary by location).
