Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/HHA to provide hands-on care and companionship for clients at home. You will support daily living activities, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed, while ensuring a safe home environment and adherence to care plans.

The role offers flexible assignments (full-time, part-time, PRN) with pay starting at $17/hour, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement within a national home care company.

Qualifications

• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with the care team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily support to clients at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and shopping.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Report changes in client condition to supervisor and follow care plans.
