Companions & Homemakers—Connecticut's trusted home care provider—seeks caring individuals to support clients in their homes across multiple CT service areas. We offer flexible shifts, including overnights and live-in options, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence—offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care
• Transport clients to appointments and activities

What You'll Need

• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus
