Qualifications

• Experience in home care or caregiving settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Provide reliable and compassionate care according to care plans.
• Advocate for clients in community settings.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and hobbies support.
