Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte metro area.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, bi-weekly pay, and ongoing training in a supportive team environment. Applicants should be at least 18, with a CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred, and must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with daily living activities.

Requirements

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred

• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
