Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to seniors with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care).
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services; maintain a clean, welcoming environment; create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.
