Caregiver Role Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through personal care and companionship. Your responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while adhering to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes.

You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.

Qualifications Include

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+


• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain


• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
