Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a dedicated Caregiver to support seniors with daily living activities, companionship, and personalized care plans. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care while documenting changes in ISP records and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Engagement with residents through conversations and activities is essential, with memory care residents receiving enriching experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes accurately.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence; engage residents in conversations and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Provide enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.
