Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with daily living activities and following Individualized Service Plans. You will document changes, promote safety, preserve dignity, and foster independence within a welcoming environment.

Engaging residents through conversation and activities is key, with responsibilities including dining support and creating enriching memories in Memory Care for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Engaging residents through conversation and activities is key, along with supporting dining services and maintaining a welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
