Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist with activities of daily living and support residents in their homes in Everett, WA.

You will follow ISP, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Role includes dining support, a clean environment, and strong communication with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care).
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence; engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Engage residents with memory care activities as appropriate.
