Job summary

You will conduct mock interviews, develop new local partnerships, maintain caseloads, and provide ongoing support through visits, calls, and digital outreach to help students secure opportunities and sustain placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of youth-facing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or counseling.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong documentation and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with local and regional employers and placement agencies.
• Identifies employment and placement opportunities for students.
• Maintains liaison with employers, unions and state offices to facilitate placement.
• Conducts mock interviews and coordinates job fairs and career days.
• Creates and manages caseloads and maintains regular contact with students.
• Visits classrooms and career centers to promote CTS services.
• Initiates contact with former enrollees prior to separation from the Center.
• Develops new employer partnerships to enhance the job bank.
