Job summary

The CTS collaborates with Center staff to identify barriers, develop transition plans, and connect students with meaningful career opportunities, while building relationships with employers and community partners.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• An Associate's degree with two years of related experience is acceptable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career counseling, transition support, and placement services.
• Assist students in achieving educational, career, and placement goals.
• Develop and monitor personalized transition plans for successful outcomes.
• Build relationships with employers, workforce organizations, and community partners.
• Conduct community job development activities and ensure data accuracy.
