Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a dedicated professional to provide transitional support and placement services for Job Corps students.

You will collaborate with Career Technical Training and Career Transition staff to deliver individualized case management that removes barriers to success and leads to employment or further education. You will design and monitor transition plans, foster business and community partnerships, and mentor students while upholding program quality and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified or Associates degree with two years related experience.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet insurability requirements.
• Compliance with 41 CFR regulations on equal opportunity and affirmative action.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned students performing intern duties.
• Provide personalized career counseling and evaluate student performance.
• Develop and monitor student transition plans for successful outcomes.
• Establish community linkages to provide quality employment opportunities.
• Maintain attendance, accountability and productivity standards.
• Ensure program quality and timely delivery of services.
