Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a CTS Specialist to help graduates transition to careers, further education, or advanced training. You’ll provide career counseling, plan transitions, and connect with employers to create placement opportunities.

You’ll mentor students, supervise interns, and ensure accurate documentation while driving toward Department of Labor performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an associate degree with professional experience.
• Valid in-state driver’s license is required.
• Strong networking, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized career counseling and develop student transition plans.
• Network with employer partners and community organizations to secure placement opportunities.
• Deliver individualized case management to help students overcome barriers.
• Mentor students and supervise interns as assigned.
• Maintain accurate student documentation and meet department performance goals.
