Qualifications

• Two years or more experience in customer service or related roles.
• Knowledge of employing Florida marketplace tools and resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the delivery of customer service.
• Inform candidates of available services in the office.
• Assist candidates to complete required Career Success activities.
• Schedule appointments and guide access to reemployment services.
• Provide resumes guidance and job search assistance.
• Handle inquiries with professional etiquette and documentation.
