Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment development or placement principles.
• Knowledge of counseling techniques and effective communication.
• Ability to document, code, and research job orders accurately.
• Ability to counsel diverse groups and manage referrals.

Responsibilities

• Process job orders from employers and code occupations.
• Monitor job orders and verify referrals with employers.
• Provide counseling services to job seekers and targeted groups.
• Present workshops and prepare accompanying materials.
• Coordinate with state/local agencies and employers for referrals.
• Assist with job placement and follow-up activities.
• Enter data into Employ Florida system timely.
• Assist in RESEA scheduling and participant outreach.
