Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute a broad range of services per Federal and State program guidelines.
• Confer with employers to develop and fill employment and vocational training openings.
• Refer applicants to employment or other community resources.
• Maintain participant caseload and document performance and services.
• Provide career counseling and guidance.
