Ancora Education is seeking a Career Services Coach to provide ongoing career development and employability coaching for active students, graduates, and alumni. You will deliver career sessions, mock interviews, resume assistance, and job-search guidance while documenting engagement in CampusVue and tracking graduate employment criteria.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication or a related field from an accredited institution
• 1 year work experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, counseling or business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong commitment to customer service and public presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external customers and teammates

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound communication to maintain engagement between graduates and the team
• Provide guidance to students and graduates with professional standards
• Coordinate resume prep, interview techniques, job search and development sessions
• Collect employment qualifications of graduates to determine placement paths
• Schedule One-on-One coaching sessions with students and graduates
• Assist with job search efforts by providing leads, resources, and online application support
• Engage in employer outreach to identify employment opportunities for students and graduates
• Maintain accurate documentation in CampusVue of correspondence and activities
• Keep student records organized and compliant with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Document all correspondence with students and graduates in CampusVue
• Maintain confidentiality of school information and student data
• Participate in student engagement activities and externship responsibilities
• Support school events as required
• Master proficiency with MS Office applications
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
