• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound communication to engage graduates and maintain active contact.
• Provide guidance to students and graduates with professional standards.
• Coordinate resume preparation, interview techniques, job search and professional development sessions.
• Collect graduate employment criteria to tailor employment assistance paths.
• Schedule one-on-one coaching sessions with students and graduates.
• Assist job search efforts with job leads and online application support.
