Job summary

Ancora Education's Glendale campus is seeking a Career Services Coach to provide ongoing career development and employability coaching to students, graduates and alumni through workshops, mock interviews, resume assistance and job search guidance.

You will document activity in CampusVue, collaborate with the Career Services team, and support external job opportunities while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or a related field
• 1 year work experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, counseling or business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external customers and teammates

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound connect activity to maintain communication between graduates and team
• Provide guidance to students and graduates with high professional standards
• Coordinate resume preparation, interview techniques, job search/research, and other professional development sessions
• Collect graduate employment qualifications to tailor employment assistance
• Provide One-on-One coaching sessions with students and graduates
• Assist in proactive job search by providing job leads and online application support
• Engage in community and employer outreach to identify opportunities for students and graduates
• Maintain accurate CampusVue documentation of all communications and activities
• Maintain confidentiality of student and school data and ensure regulatory compliance
• Participate in student engagement activities and school events
• Master MS Office proficiency and support other duties as assigned by management
