Zusammenfassung

Ancora Education's Miller-Motte College Online seeks a Career Services Advisor to deliver ongoing career development and coaching to active students and alumni through presentations, workshops, and one-on-one sessions. You will work with the Director of Career Services and campus teams to monitor progress throughout the program.

Additionally, you will schedule virtual mock interviews, assist with resumes and job searches, document activity in CampusVue/CampusNexus, and track unplaced graduates

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1 year of work experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, counseling or business.
• Experience developing community connections and partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to customer service and professional presentation.
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external customers and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Communications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct outreach to maintain ongoing communication with students and graduates.
• Provide guidance and maintain high professional standards.
• Coordinate resume prep, interview techniques, job search, and development sessions.
• Collect graduate employment criteria to tailor placement paths.
• Offer One-on-One coaching sessions with students/graduates.
• Support proactive job search with leads, resources, and online applications.
• Engage with community and employers to identify opportunities.
• Assist with Employment Verification documents and data entry.
• Maintain student records and ensure regulatory/accreditation compliance.
• Document correspondence in CampusVue between department, students, graduates, and employers.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive school information.
• Plan ongoing student engagement activities and school events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
