Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1 year work experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, counseling or business.
• Work experience in developing community connections.
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and public presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound connect activity to maintain communication between graduates and team.
• Provide guidance to students and graduates and maintain professional standards.
• Coordinate resume preparation, interview techniques, job search/research, and development sessions.
• Collect graduate employment qualifications to determine the employment assistance path.
• Provide One‑on‑One coaching sessions with students and graduates.
• Assist proactive job search by providing leads, resources and application assistance.
• Engage in community and employer outreach to identify opportunities for students.
• Support Employment Verification documentation and data entry.
• Maintain organization of student records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document all correspondence in CampusVue and maintain data integrity.
• Commit to confidentiality of school and student information.
• Participate in ongoing student engagement activities and events.
• Support Externship responsibilities when required.
• Participate in various school events as required.
• Master proficiency with MS Office.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
