Job summary

UEI College in California seeks an Associate Career Services Specialist to maintain accurate records for extern students, extern employers, and students. The role supports the Director of Career Services and handles essential paperwork to ensure externship compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating Senior Day/Extern Orientation, site assignments, and data reporting. Strong communication and organization skills are essential to manage documentation and assist students throughout externship

Qualifications

High School Diploma required or Associate Degree preferred.
Solid understanding of student and extern life cycle within a school setting and/or the externship process.
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of extern students, active extern employers, and students.
Assist the Director of Career Services and other Specialists with externship paperwork and compliance.
Coordinate Senior Day/Extern Orientations and site assignments.
Prepare and maintain packets, sign-in sheets, and checklists for student meetings.
Assist with extern data collection for reporting and graduate checkout processes.
Ensure timely completion of employer paperwork and policies.
Adhere to ethics standards and compliance rules.
