Job summary

ProBerco is seeking an Instructor to provide direct support and employment consultation to program participants. You will supervise participants, deliver on-the-job training, and ensure a safe, productive environment both in-program and in the community.

The role emphasizes guiding participants, maintaining records, and coordinating transportation and site trainings as needed. A HS diploma and driver’s license are required, with potential evening/weekend opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• One year work experience in industry or rehabilitation; customer service-oriented industry experience.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide a supportive, safe, clean environment and attend to individual needs; support growth and independence.
• Direct supervision of program participants during work time, breaks, and scheduling.
• Provide training to participants; monitor production and quality; count, inspect, package, and wrap items.
