Job summary

ProBerco is seeking a Vocational Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the vocational program across multiple Berks County locations. You will manage site operations, safety, vehicle maintenance, materials handling, and staff supervision, including annual performance appraisals.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability and staff supervision.
• Familiarity with education, training and production management for persons with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including orientation, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Oversee site management and safety regulations.
• Maintain fire and physical safety regulations.
• Develop and implement production/community activities.
• Provide supervision to program participants during work hours.
• Maintain program motor vehicles.
• Assist with materials handling and inventory.
• Ensure timely paperwork and meet quotas.
• Attend meetings and trainings.
