Responsibilities

• Designs and develops training developmental programs (e.g., entry and Mid-Level) and manages developmental programs.
• Evaluates courses to ensure competencies and effective delivery of training information.
• Monitors participant progress against milestones and benchmarks.
• Analyzes PaCE training requirements and schedules cost effective training.
• Provides program guidance to Field Activity PaCE Centers and instructors.
