Job summary

The positionRequires coaching GS-11 through GS-14 staff and contractors, setting milestones, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience directing the full lifecycle of organizational policies from development to publication and compliance auditing.
• Experience leading cross-functional IPTs, managing workloads, and coaching staff to execute strategic initiatives.
• Experience applying quantitative and qualitative analysis to reengineer business processes and reduce bottlenecks.
