Job summary

Career Technical Education Foundation in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Program Coordinator to guide young adults through career development, provide socio-emotional support, and connect students with work-based learning opportunities and internships.

You will partner with schools, employers, postsecondary partners, and community-based organizations to expand access to programs, design workshops, and track outcomes for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; ability to advise students one-on-one and lead workshops.
• Experience delivering career readiness guidance and resume/interview support.
• Strong communication and collaboration with schools, employers, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized career development guidance and socio-emotional support to students.
• Lead student workshops and orientations; promote program participation.
• Coordinate internship hosts and employer engagement across Sonoma County.
• Track program data and contribute to grant reports and continuous improvement.
