Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is seeking a Career Coach to lead Career Pathway projects and partner with schools, colleges, and community organizations in San Francisco. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the workforce field.
• 3+ years’ experience working with multi-barrier youth and/or adults ages 14-30 years old
• 3+ years’ experience with college counseling or college access support

Responsibilities

• Lead Career Pathway projects (career panels, college trips, career advisory board, college success labs).
• Coordinate with workshop staff on new Career and Employment readiness workshops.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, GED services, Colleges, Vocational training and CTE programs in San Francisco.
• Provide college support for 1st year college students and assist with college applications.
• Support participants one-on-one to maximize financial aid and informed post-secondary choices.
