Job summary

Career Team Enterprises in Texas McKinney is seeking a RESEA Career Advisor to raise awareness of Workforce programs and recruit participants. This on-site role partners with the Program Director and Marketing Department to build relationships, coordinate events, and deliver outreach across diverse communities.

You will create flyers and materials, manage social media campaigns with the team, screen and enroll participants, and track referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General knowledge of employment and training programs administered through the public Workforce system.
• Knowledge and experience of social media platforms.
• Experience in video production, marketing, and development of print materials is preferred.
• Ability to work in diverse settings with a culturally sensitive approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with collaborative partners and cultivate new ones.
• Engage and recruit participants at community events.
• Coordinate outreach plans utilizing virtual technology.
• Assist with hiring events, employer services, and event planning logistics.
• Create outreach materials, flyers, brochures, and presentations.
• Support social media, public relations, and advertising campaigns.
• Assist with participant screening and enrollment processes.
• Keep records of referrals and follow-ups.
