Job summary

Collin County Community College is seeking an Adult Education & Literacy career navigator to serve as liaison among Workforce Solutions, Vocational Rehabilitation, and colleges. This 100% grant-funded position reports to the AEL director and supports training, recruitment, and enrollment initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in career coaching/navigation with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Career Pathway objectives, including recruitment, guidance, transition and retention.
• Develop and present workshops, events, programming, and occupational information.
• Collaborate to promote transfer pathways and engage with employers and students.
• Maintain marketing materials, website, and recruitment activities for enrollment growth.
