Job summary

The role partners with the Middlesex County OWCD and AJC to provide in-person, virtual or hybrid instruction, with a focus on accessibility, trauma-informed approaches, and performance-driven service delivery. A Bachelor's degree and adult education experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience facilitating adults in group settings.
• Experience serving participants with barriers to employment (WIOA/WFNJ).
• Ability to work with limited English proficient participants and participants with disabilities.
• Strong documentation, attendance tracking and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms and basic digital literacy tools.
• Bilingual preferred; trauma-informed care and confidentiality experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skill-based instruction and navigation support for online courses.
• Plan and facilitate group workshops in CPES areas: digital literacy, job readiness, financial literacy, and communication skills.
• Enroll and provide technology navigation support for ABE, ESL/ELL, GED/HSE via Empower360.
• Facilitate resume development, interview preparation and mock interviews.
• Structure instruction for documented progression along a career pathway.
• Deliver services in person, virtually or in hybrid formats with equitable access.
