Job summary

Adams 12 Five Star Schools seeks an Academic and Career Pathways Design Administrator to lead the design, development, and integration of innovative academic programming and curricula for a high school redesign focused on comprehensive career pathways.

You will research nationwide models, establish guaranteed course sequences, build higher education partnerships for college credit, and create phased implementation plans through August 2030.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
• Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful school leadership, instructional coaching, or curriculum development experience.
• Experience with secondary career pathways, CTE, community engagement, or concurrent enrollment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement career pathways and course sequences.
• Develop comprehensive short-term and long-term implementation plans with an August 2030 launch.
• Serve as liaison between district leadership, school staff, higher education partners, and community stakeholders.
• Perform other administrative and project-related duties as necessary.
