Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in workforce development, education administration, or CTE.
• Experience with RAPIDS and Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of Colorado K-12 landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead TDAP program administration and compliance.
• Partner with K-12 districts to connect students with apprenticeships.
• Manage district onboarding, governance, and data systems.
• Coordinate with unions, districts, and higher education.
